This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with translating prices for products on their website and is considering canceling their subscription due to unresolved issues. Solution: We recommend checking the issue in a staging environment using a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One, to determine if the problem persists. This process helps to identify if the issue is related to the theme. If the problem still occurs, the client should open the product and switch to the secondary language using the Backend language switcher to confirm if a price is set for that language.
If this solution does not seem relevant, we encourage the client to open a new support ticket for further assistance. For additional support, please visit the WPML support forum.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Hello
Because you were unable to solve the problem of translating prices for products for my site, despite many correspondences.
I inform you that I would like to cancel my subscription despite all the amounts I lost with you
Thank you anyway
You should be able to cancel the automatic renewal if that's what you are looking for.
Also, you should be able to ask for a refund as long as you are in the refund period.
If you are still in the refund period, you should be able to submit a refund request here and our "Accounts" team will process it afterward: https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/
We only offer technical support here, on the forum, we don't have access to refund customers, that's something only the "Accounts" team can do.
I hope that you will find this information helpful.
Dear. Mihai Apetrei
I received a message from Kathy WPML for updating WordPress to 6.4
I already updated But nothing has changed for translating product prices as you can see in the attached photo
Could you please advise if you have any solution before I go for cancellation?
Note
I do not need to translate the product prices to Arabic, I need the product prices to appear even in English
Regards
Abdulrahman
Hi Abdulrahman,
Today marks the release of WordPress 6.4. As with all releases, our team has thoroughly tested WPML with this WordPress version to ensure full compatibility.
We found no need for updates on our end – WPML works great with WordPress 6.4. You can confidently update to the latest WordPress version right away knowing that WPML is well-prepared in advance.

Hi,
My colleague Mihai is unavailable today, so I will be responding to you in the meantime.
Regarding your question, your message is not related to your issues with the product prices. This email was sent out to all WPML clients to inform them about compatibility with WP 6.4 version, which was released yesterday.
Your issue seems to be related to your theme. I recommend checking this first in a staging environment using a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One, to see if the same issue occurs there as well. If it does, open the product, switch to the secondary language via the Backend language switcher, and confirm if a price is set.

Hi,
I''m sorry, I can't do these tests in a live environment, that would be very unsafe.
If your hosting doesn't provide staging environments for testing, you can use free plugins such as "WP Staging Pro". There, you can create a copy of your website and simply go to Appearance -> Design and switch to another theme, such as "TwentyTwenty-One", to see if the same issue happens here as well.
