Hi, Welcome to WPML support. I will try to answer the question before the ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues. Would you please follow the steps below on the original website and after that repeat the process? - IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website. Also, I wonder if there is a problem regarding the connection of your website with wpml.org. You can test that by going to WPML > Support > Installer Support. See if there is an error there regarding the connection of your website. Thanks. |

Thank you for your guidance. I followed your instructions by deactivating all plugins, switching the theme to Twenty Twenty-Five, and disabling Cloudflare. While these steps didn’t initially resolve the issue, I decided to try accessing the site through a different browser (Chrome)—I had been using Safari—and it worked perfectly. The issue is now resolved. Thank you for your assistance! |
