Hi WPML,
I had a case running on #17728039, but it is now closed.
I needed to make a backup and give Noman a login to our website, and i want to proceed with that.

In addition to the original ticket, i have turned off the 5 different WPML plugins.
When they are enabled, they are giving the site +1 second in respons time, which is way to much to be acceptable im afraid.

1. To take a closer look at the Usage of credits issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.

2. Regarding the +1 second performance impact when WPML plugins are enabled, this is a separate issue. As per our support policy, we handle one issue per ticket, so please open a new ticket for the performance investigation and we’ll be happy to assist with that specifically.
