This is not a support request but rather a development suggestion to improve WPML.
I started to translate my French website into English with Deepl. The translation is quite good but sometimes too literal. In these cases, I found ChatGPT much more accurate.
My suggestion to WPML would be to add an interface with ChatGPT as a new automatic translation tool in addition to Deepl, Google, and Microsoft.

Kindly take note that, we are already aware of ChatGPT capabilities and we are checking the possibilities to include it as one of the translation options.
Until now I can sadly not tell when or if this will be made possible.
We do have an open feature request for adding ChatGPT as a translation method and I am adding your request to the internal thread.

I wanted to chime in here and ask you to kindly check out our WPML AI Engine called PTC. It's a hybrid engine that uses AI engines + in-house techniques to gather context and translate better.
It's fine tuned to each of the language pairs we offer to greatly improve the translation quality of the texts it processes.
It's curated by linguists and developers and constantly tested so we have a bit more control on the translation output.
It is a bit more expensive because AI is not really cheap but I'm sure it's worth it.
