Background of the issue:
I use 'WordPress Editor' (in this case Divi) instead of ATE to translate the pages on my site hidden link. I have translated the image alt and title texts using the WPML Media Translation tool.
Symptoms:
The translated pages don't use the image alt and title texts that I have translated in the WPML Media Translation tool. Instead, they use the alt and title text from the default language Media Library.
Questions:
Is it possible to have the translated ALT and TITLE texts used when using a WordPress editor like Divi?

Please create a simple page and add an image to it. Then, translate this page in WordPress, and in the translated version, insert the image I’ve already uploaded to the media library (the red test image).
I’ve installed Divi and translated this image using the media translation feature — all the meta information has been added.
Let me know if you can reproduce the same issue from your site.
If I insert a new image or re-insert an image on a translated page, the translated alt text is applied correctly.
But if I translate a page, using WordPress Editor (Divi), that already has an image, that image keeps the original alt text, even if the image alt text is translated in WPML Media Translation. To apply the alt text translation, I need to re-add the image to the translated page. This seems like a workaround, and is very time-consuming if a page has many images.
