Hello, on my dyma.sk site, I don't see the flags in the toggle switch in the menu. I tried to upload my own flags but the problem still remained. When I looked in the HTML where the source of these images is pointing it shows me href="data:image/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDov...0SDJ6IiBmaWxsPSIjZmZmIiBvcGFjaXR5PSIwIwIi8+PC9zdmc+” . I've currently switched it to display without the flag to make the page usable. Can you please help me with this ?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

Please follow these steps to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Create a full backup of the site or create a staging site (you can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)
- Update any outdated plugins or themes
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins
- Activate the flags in the language switcher
- Optional: Upload the custom flag images
- If the issue disappeared, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Regards,
Carlos
