Issue comes with Managing auto credits for translation

christianH-148	Now, the issue comes with managing auto credits for translation https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/ There is an error that says the site is not active, and when I try to assign credit, it says a warning, "only WPML version 4.5+ can have credits assigned"
