Hello, Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. The shortcode "[gtranslate]" is not part of WPML. It comes from a third-party plugin you have used previously. However, it appears that some manual edits were made directly from the front end in Arabic. Hello, Thank you for the updates. WPML does not add any shortcodes to posts/pages or their translations. It seems the shortcode was added earlier by someone from your team, possibly while using the GTranslate plugin. To fix this, I added the "[wpml_disabled_selector_widget]" shortcode at the following URL using the correct WPML shortcode. However, the page is stuck loading and not saving as expected. The browser console doesn’t show any errors. Please refer to the attached images for more details. hidden link Therefore, can you please try it from your end?
