This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

After reviewing your website, I noticed that all the menu items, except for the Product Categories, are correctly translated into various languages. This might indicate an issue with the synchronization of the product categories, leading to the improper functioning of the category links in the menu. Would you please try the following and check if that helps in solving the issue?
I hope the categories in the Menu will appear properly after completing the translation. Let me know the update, please.
About the problem where the Category template isn't displaying translated content - If you've used Elementor to create an Archive template for the category, ensure that this Template has been translated into the other languages. If not, the content within the template won't be shown in the translated versions. To understand the process of Translating templates created using Elementor, please check the guide below.
If they have already been translated, please check by updating the translation. To do so, please open the template in the WordPress editor and make a small change in the title. After that, update the template and its translation.
Let me know if the information above helps to solve the issue or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.
Hi sorry I couldn't find the "sync.."button on " Please go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Categories".
Maybe we have the different WordPress dashboard?
Could I provide my account and password of my dashboard so that you can enter my background? Thank you!
The button to synchronize Categories should be available at the end of the Category section of WooCommerce Multilingual, as shown in this screenshot: hidden link
However, I would be happy to take a closer look from your end to understand the root cause of the issue. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Hi There,
Thank you for sharing the access information.
I've checked and managed to resolve the issue with the Categories in the Menu. The problem was caused due to including custom links for the Categories in the Menu, rather than adding the Product Categories directly.
By inserting the Product Categories in the Menu and synchronizing the menu, I was able to solve the issue. Now, the Categories in the menu are correctly updated in other languages according to their translations.
Please check and let me know if there is anything else if you need help with. I will be happy to help.
