This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client's translation credits did not transfer correctly and disappeared after being moved to a different site. The client tried to resolve the issue using help articles but was unsuccessful.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to confirm the number of credits visible on the site where they were initially assigned.
2. We instructed the client to navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting on the site where they wanted the credits assigned, and to provide the full code displayed under the "Your Automatic Translation account id is" section.
3. We then directed the client to go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools in the site's backend to check if the credits were visible at the top-left area of the screen.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I spoke to support last week, they said they moved my credits.

Symptoms:
My credits didn't transfer and now they have disappeared.

Questions:
Why have my credits disappeared after being moved?
How can I retrieve my missing credits?

I can see my credits are now on ssw.test. This is our local dev environment. I need them on the live site (smithstonewalters.com). I have tried the normal ways of doing this using the help articles and nothing is working.

Hi there.

Can you please let me know how many credits you see assigned to that site?

You had multiple automatic translation accounts for that URL, and I want to make sure that I'm handling the correct one.

I will be waiting for your response.

Thank you for the confirmation.

Can you please go to the site where you want the credits to be assigned > then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting, and let me know the full code showing under the "Your Automatic Translation account id is" section?

Hi there.

Thank you.

Can you now go to your site's backend > WPML > Translation Management > Tools > and let me know if you are seeing the credits now at the top-left area of the screen?
