Welcome to WPML support. I'd be happy to help you with this.
Can you please go to WPML->Settings->Automatic translation->What should happen with your automatically translated content and see if "Let me review it before it gets published" is enabled?
if this is the case, all the translations received will be set as draft and once you review the pages, it will be set to published.
or are you telling us that the draft pages are automatically translated?
Further, We've recently rolled out a new version of WPML plugins. Could you please update your plugins to the latest version and inform me if it resolves the issue?
Our WPML updates are distributed gradually. If your websites haven't received this update yet, please be patient, and you should see it within a few days.
Hello, yes that setting is on but i still get things in my queue that are not published yet, simialr to the screenshot.
Also, can you please assist me, i'm trying to transfer credit but I'm unable to. When i navigate to hidden link , i get this message: "Cannot withdraw credits to wpml.org, please contact support"
I hope you're doing well. As Shekhar is on Vacation, I have taken over this ticket and would be happy to assist you further.
About the issue where Draft products are appearing in the Translation queue: Draft products should not automatically show up in the Translation queue. They will only be included if you have specifically selected the Draft product in the "WPML > Translation Management" and sent it for translation. Also, if a product was initially published and then reverted to Draft, it might still show up in the translation queue.
Could you please create a new product, save it as a Draft, and then verify whether it appears in the Translation queue? If possible, record this process in a video. If the issue persists with this new Draft product, please share the video with me, so I can further investigate and attempt to replicate the issue.
In response to the issue while withdrawing credits: Would you please check the instructions mentioned in the ticket below and check if that helps in solving the issue?
hello, i have met with a WPML expert and we believe we have gotten to the bottom of the issue, but it requires someone from your team to manually add the credits to our website.
Our WP is built on bedrock, so out URL is hidden link
WPML is not directing to that, its directly to hidden link
This is actually causing a myriad of issues, not just the credits. previews of translations aren't available to view, translated content doesnt come up as completed, etc.
I kow creating a new key could solve this issue, but I'm worried about my pending translations (almost 2000)
Based on the last message, it appears that the issue you're currently experiencing differs from the one originally reported in this ticket. I also noticed that you've opened another ticket titled "credits not appearing" where the same issue is mentioned. As per our support guidelines, we are allowed to handle one issue per ticket. Since the other ticket is already being handled by one of our support team members, you can expect a response from them soon.
For now, please let me know if you need assistance with the issue with Draft products that are getting added to the Automatic translation queue. I will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
