This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Advanced Translation Editor doesn't load Elementor page builder content for translation.

Solution:
The issue is solved by following the below steps:

1. Went to WPML >> Support >> Troubleshooting page and pressed the below buttons:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs
- Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE

2. Made a small change in the default language and open the translated page and it loads the content without any issues.

I have checked the issue in the minimal environment and also tried troubleshooting steps but none of them worked so far. So, I’m going to escalate this issue to 2nd tier support for further debugging.
