I create translation using WPML translation dashboard. At first it shows as if it was transalted, but when I try to check the transaltion I get page notice that page element doesnt exists or maybe it was deleted. Currently I found this problem with woocommerce products, not all of them has this translation issue.

Thanks for providing details. I checked the site and found some product translations are in not correct state(bu not all). They are not getting attached to the correct post. I'm working on finding the solution and I will update in the nearest working days.
There were 2 broken products currently where translation could not be applied. I fixed both entries. After that I resent content for translation and now it was translated properly.
That issue happens in some edge cases, we will include a fix in the next WPML version. Please let me know if you see the issue again before that, I will prepare a WPML version with a fix and install on your server.
