This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was experiencing an issue where the WhatsApp icon was missing on the French version of the sticky contact form on their site. Additionally, the client was concerned about the slow loading speeds of the .fr domain when accessed from Europe, aiming to improve SEO performance and user experience in France. Solution: For the missing WhatsApp icon, we checked the settings and found that the field for the WhatsApp icon in the French agent was empty. We filled it correctly, ensuring it now displays and set it to be copied automatically in future translations. For improving site speed, we recommended: 1. Installing a CDN like Cloudflare, which helps host a cached copy of the site in multiple locations. More information on setting up a CDN can be found here: CDN Setup 2. Considering hosting providers with servers located in Europe/France for better local loading speeds.

In short:

I wanted to ask you something else. I had originally assumed that arnaudhomburger.fr was hosted on servers near France and that arnaudhomburger.com was hosted closer to Miami. However, it seems that both versions of my site are actually hosted in the U.S.
This is a problem because, while loading speeds for both domains are acceptable from the U.S., the arnaudhomburger.fr version is very slow when accessed from Europe (e.g., from servers in London or Germany), often taking over 6 to 8 seconds to load.
My goal is to improve search rankings in France, as this is my core market. It's much easier for my website and blog content to gain visibility in France than in the highly competitive Miami real estate space.
What would you recommend to improve the loading speed of my .fr site for users in France? (Hopefully this would help to improve the user experience in France as well as the SEO performance on Google.fr.

This falls outside of WPML usual support, but I could guide you to some general advice,
1- Get a CDN installed on your servers, A CDN helps "host" a copy of your site (a cached copy) in multiple locations, check a CDN like cloudflare
2- You can physically look for a hosting provider that has servers in europe/france and have each site hosted on different site (advanced)
3- For what concerns WPML, We do not have a specific configuration in this case, as this is not related to plugins but rather to the architecture of your site/hosting
I installed Cloudflare today for both arnaudhomburger.fr and arnaudhomburger.com and it looks like it's faster now, no matter what location. Hopefully it stays like that and it improves my ranking in Google.fr.
