This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with automatically translating your webpage using WPML. Some templates are not assigned correctly, and the logo is missing from the header in the translated versions of your web pages.
Solution:
We have identified that the issue with the templates arises because the translated posts have different slugs, which affects template assignment. For instance, if the original template is 'page-courses', but the translated post slug is 'individualni-kurzy', you need to change the translated template to 'page-individualni-kurzy'. This adjustment should resolve the template assignment issue.
Regarding the missing logo, this part of the issue might require further investigation. We recommend checking if the logo's path is correctly set in the translated versions and ensuring that the theme or customizer settings are correctly applied across all languages.
We have also escalated this case to our developers to find a permanent solution.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to updates or differences in your case, please visit our support forum to open a new ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to automatically translate my webpage using WPML. Some templates are not assigned correctly, and I cannot manually adjust them in WordPress. I am also missing the logo in the header of my translated web.

Symptoms:
Translated templates are not working correctly, and the logo is missing from the header in the translated version.

Questions:
Why are some of my translated templates not assigned correctly?
How can I fix the issue of missing logos in the header of my translated web?

I did this query:

SELECT ID, post_name, post_title
FROM qgtlju_posts
WHERE post_type = 'wp_template'
  AND post_name LIKE '%photobrust//page-coaching%';

And I got 2 values, I don't think it should be like this.

To help clean this up, could you please do the following steps on your end?

1. Activate the “Twenty Twenty-Four” theme temporarily.
2. In the Site Editor, delete the “page-coaching” template associated with that theme.
3. Then, reactivate your Photobrust theme.

This will ensure that only the correct template remains in your database and prevent any potential conflicts.

Please let me know once that’s done. Having two templates with the same slug (“page-coaching”) is possibly the reason why WPML doesn’t recognize or list it correctly in the Translation Dashboard.

I have tried activating the Theme “Twenty Twenty-Four”, but the “page-coaching” template is not shown there. So no success for me.

AI suggested me I do this, but couldn't really follow it either (not familiar with WP Adminer). Maybe you could help me figure it out by this method?:

"Option 3: Database Method (Most Reliable)
If you can't find the template through the interface, you can remove it directly from the database:

Go to Tools → WP Adminer (I see you have this installed)

Click on it to access your database

Find the wp_posts table (or {prefix}_posts if you use a custom prefix)

Search for posts where:

post_type = 'wp_template'

post_name = 'page-coaching'

post_theme = 'twentytwentyfour'"

We found that on the translation, the translated post is having a different slug - individualni-kurzy and thus the template is not applied as it is not page-individualni-kurzy but page-courses. So what we did was to change translated template from: "page-courses" to "page-individualni-kurzy" and it will work.

We also escalated this case to our developers so they can find a permanent solution for this.
