This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client added thirty languages to their website and wanted to automatically translate the entire website into these languages. They were concerned about the low number of translation credits available in their account and inquired about the need to purchase more credits.
Solution:
We checked the client's account and found that they have 10,000 credits available but none assigned to their website. We advised the client to confirm their credit balance and assign credits to their website by visiting https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/. To view how credits were spent, they should check the Translation Tools tab under WPML > Translation Dashboard. For an estimate of the credits needed to translate the website, the client should filter for untranslated items in the WPML > Translation Dashboard, select them to get a word count and credits needed estimate. Thank you so much, Problem solved.. We have added a total of thirty languages for the entire website and I want to automatically translate the entire website into these target languages. Can you please check and let me know how much credit I have in my account to translate the website? I think the number of credits here is very low.And why is the number of credits so low here and if we want to automatically translate the entire website into these 30 languages, do we have to buy credits again and if so, how much?

Hello there,

I checked on our systems, and your website appears to have 0 credits assigned to it, while there are 10000 credits on your account you can assign.

You can confirm that on https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/

There, you will see how many credits you have on the account, on how many each registered website has assigned to them. If you wish to see how your credits were spent, you can check it on WPML > Translation Dashboard, on the Translation Tools tab.

Now, about the estimate, you can go to WPML > Translation Dashboard and filter for untranslated items. When selecting them, you get a word count and credits needed estimate. It's better shown here:
