The language switcher isn't working

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

minZ-2	The language switcher in my footer currently offers three languages: Chinese, English, and Arabic. When users visit the site, it defaults to the English version. When switching languages, the Arabic and Chinese versions switch successfully, but the site cannot be switched to the English version.
