You are trying to translate a single-page website using WPML and encounter an error at the approval stage with the message 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs', causing the process to hang.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a single-page website using WPML. All settings are correct, and I am translating the page, but I encounter an issue at the approval stage.

Symptoms:
The error message 'This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs' appears, and the process hangs.
