Hello,

can you please try the next steps:

- Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click "Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs" and Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE
- Make a small change to the default language page and save
- Click to update the translation and let me know if the issue still happens.
