[Closed] The WPML Plugin causes a fatal error on my website

Thank you for providing the FTP credentials.

Upon further inspection, we suspect this issue is actually not related to WPML. If we open the debug.log file inside the wp-content folder, we will find these errors:

[09-Nov-2023 17:07:19 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/skyroofslider.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/Traits/AccessiblePrivateMethods.php on line 158

By observing them, we can conclude that:

- one of the errors is coming from WooCommerce - which, by the way, when it is disabled, the problem does not occur
- the errors are related to lack of resources at the server-side, meaning that your site requires more memory than the default allocated memory provided by your hosting

To solve this, you will need to contact your web hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP memory limit and also the *MaxInputVars* of PHP settings to *10000*. Please check the following article for more details, or contact your system admin/hosting provider for this purpose: hidden link

I have already tried to increase the memory limit, but it seems to not be working.

Having said that, may I kindly ask you to try to address this issue with the hosting provider once more?
