translate my gravity form with WPML is not working properly

yitzhakG	I am trying to: I'm trying to translate my form using WPML, but the plugin is not working properly. I have installed the addons for the gravity form multilingual. I also spoke with Mohamed Sayed, He adviced me to change my memory limit of my wp-config.php for the plugin to work properly but still is not working. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link I expected to see: the form must be in Spanish as the whole page. Instead, I got: the page in spanish and the form in english.

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi, Please verify that you are following the steps from our documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/ If yes, and the issue remains I would like to take a closer look I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. (preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, Bobby

Are you positive that you followed the steps from our documentation here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/ Your Gravity Form is currently not translated to Spanish. 1. in Forms->Settings the no conflict mode is turned ON, based on our documentation this needs to be to OFF 2. Once done you can now visit your form at hidden link and hover over the language switcher and "send to translation" that step was not working because step #1 was not done 3. Continue with the steps provided in our documentation and let me know your results, please https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/#translating-gravity-forms
