Background of the issue:
I translated pages into multiple languages using the auto translate function of wpml. Homepage is translated fine, but products like hidden link have issues, the pages appear empty in frontend. I spent credits on this so please check and fix

Hi,

Can you confirm that none of the widgets from that plugin are used on the product page? Also, do you see the pencil icon in the right sidebar? Are there any other custom page builder elements active on that page?

that plugin just adds some custom fields to the product and is compatible with wpml, I am getting this issue on pages too, where this plugin is not active.

I would eventually also need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Die Übersetzungen wurden korrekt erstellt und sind auch im Backend in den jeweiligen übersetzen IDs korrekt hinterlegt. Könnten Sie bitte mal bei CloudFlare ein "Purge Cache" durchführen?

As you can see, there are no blank pages. If you are getting another result, it's very likely that it's a caching issue. Make sure to empty all caches and check again.

Hello there,

This is not related to the initial issue, but I checked the product you sent, and it seems there's a "too many redirects" with it. Please make sure to have a full website backup and follow the steps here:

https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-multilingual-too-many-redirects-error-when-using-shop-base-with-category-permalinks/

After that, please follow these steps:


1. Make a small change to the original product and save. You can make a small change to a text, for example;
2. Empty all you website's caches;
3. Complete all translations;
4. Empty all caches again;

For future translations, always make sure to empty all caches before translating and after translating your content. Let me know if it works this way.

Thanks for sharing. I investigated again, and found a more consistent way to solve the issue. Based on what I've tested, it seems that the cache was interfering on how information was being dealt by WPML.

In this case, it's necessary to follow these steps for new translations and for existing ones that have the problem:

1. Make a small change on the original page and save;
2. Purge the cache. Do this every time after creating new content or editing existing one;
3. Open the translation editor and complete the translation;
4. Purge the cache. Do this every time after saving/editing a translation;
