Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage the Translation queue in WPML. I want to delete some translations and ensure everything is ready for automatic translation. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
Symptoms:
I can't delete some translations and receive the message: 'this action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs'. Additionally, the translation queue sometimes shows 9 items, but when I open it, nothing is visible.
Questions:
Why can't I delete some translations in the queue?
Why does the translation queue show items that are not visible when opened?

Hello,
Which translation option is currently set at WPML > Settings > Translation Mode?
If the mode is set to "Translate What You Choose", I would suggest you switch to "Translate Everything Automatically", and go to WPML > Translation to complete the pending reviews.
After completing the reviews, you can switch back to "Translate What You Choose".
Hello,
I put my website in automatic translation.
I did the workaround for protected email.
In translation queue, I still have a big list that I can't clear.
If I Approve, I have error message : This action does not apply to any of the selected translation jobs

Hello,
It looks like these jobs got stuck.
Take note, that for example for "Strings" jobs from WPML > String Translation it may occur that the job is not longer available, if one of the strings form this job was altered or deleted in the meantime.
You could try to cancel these jobs at WPML > Translation Management > Jobs.
Also, in the case of templates, layouts, and pages, you could for example try to edit the original content, and save the original content again. This should update the translation status and the jobs should become available.
If this will not solve the issue, please let me know.

Please let us go through this step by step.
Were you able to cancel the "Strings" jobs that were stuck on the translation queue?
If not, please let us solve this first.
If yes, then please try to edit the original content of your last example, save it, and let the translation run again.
If this will not solve the issue, please let me know.
