Thanks for contacting us. I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Could you clarify which translations you're having trouble accessing? It would also be helpful if you could share some screenshots to better illustrate the issue.
alright, let me explain. basically my goal is to translate the website swissmade.direct into 18 languages by using automatic translations without review, automatic publish.
background : once this happened, it took all of the server CPU resource and also 30+ gb ram, ( i have 12 CPU and 48gb ram )
i disabled other plugins so the translation is smooth.
also we have pay as you go activated, it does show 195000 credits used and 100 euros.
what happened was that the ATE wasnt moving forward and the error log was showing internal server error. i asked copilot about it and it says due to large number of strings going to the ATE server, it is declining, then i remove other languages for now and added only 2 languages, and then cleared cache etc. After that the ATE job that was stuck 0/700058 or something and it is still stuck.
now, it shows that i have 90k credits on my account although i have pay as you go activated but it isnt using that? and i am stuck hidden link these pages arent even working,
Thanks for your reply. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
