David here, from the WPML Dev team. Thank you for your patience, and sorry for the trouble.
We checked your case and found the reason: during the translation download, one small part of the translated text came back empty/incomplete.
Because of that, WPML could not finish importing this translation job and showed the error message.
This is usually a temporary issue with that specific job and can normally be fixed by sending it again.
Please follow these steps
1) Cancel the failed job
- In WordPress admin, go to WPML → Translation Management.
- Open the Jobs tab (or Translation Jobs).
- Find the failed job (Job ID 26115, if shown).
- Open it and click Cancel (or Remove job, depending on what you see).
2) Send the content again for automatic translation
- Go to WPML → Translation Management → Dashboard.
- Find the same product/page/post.
- Select Polish as target language.
- Click Add selected content to translation basket.
- Open Translation Basket.
- Choose Translate automatically and send.
3) Confirm it completed
- Go to WPML → Translations (or Translation Jobs).
- Wait until the status is Complete.
- Open the Polish version and verify it looks correct.
- If your site uses “Translate Everything Automatically”
- Edit the original content (a very small change is enough).
- Click Update.
WPML will queue a new automatic translation. Check status in WPML → Translations.
