[Resolved] Variation are completely gone, products were updated with WPML

Today one of the products seemed to have an issue, the variations were gone, we had this issue before with WPML, but the support was able to solve it.

Now the issue has happened again on all products, no variations are visible anymore, but I can see the price differences on the product archive, this is a big issue and we really don't know how this can happen.

It's not letting me upload images for some reason.
