Problem:
The client is unsure if their website is properly connected to WPML, where to find a counter for the words used or available, and whether WPML creates a sitemap for the second language.
Solution:
We recommend checking if there are any notifications about WPML not being able to connect to wpml.org on your website. If there are no such notifications, your site is properly connected. The WPML site page on your wpml.org account is not updated in real time, so it is normal not to see immediate changes there.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues and verify that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket here.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that our website, hidden link, is properly connected to WPML. I need to verify the connection status and find out where I can see a counter of the words used or available. Additionally, I am trying to determine if WPML creates a sitemap for the second language, as we are using Rank Math SEO Pro but still don't see the sitemap.

Symptoms:
Our website is not showing any checkmarks on the WPML website.

Questions:
Are we properly connected to WPML?
Where can I see a counter of the words used or available?
Does WPML create the sitemap for the second language?

Please let's keep only one issue per ticket in order to keep the tickets readable. When the first issue is solved I'll split the ticket.

Your site page on wpml.org account is not updated in real time so it doesn't matter if you don't see anything there.

If you don't get a notice about WPML not being able to connect to wpml.org you don't have any issues.
