This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client reported that their homepage content was not appearing in the English translation, despite all translation jobs being completed and having enough credit with no queue.
Solution: We checked the client's site and found that the Builder group field did not have a translation mode set. We selected "Same Fields across Languages" for the group field and updated it. Then, we updated the home page and translated it. We asked the client to verify if the content now appears correctly in English.
If the solution provided does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly suggest checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,
Thank you for reaching out!
You are not disturbing at all - we are here to help you 🙂
Please revise WPML > Settings > Translation Mode.
Could it be the case that you are translating the content automatically in the background and you are using the setting to publish the translations after review?
If so, then please go to WPML > Translations and complete the reviews for your translations.
Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. The Builder group field didn't have a translation mode, so I selected "Same Fields across Languages" and updated the group field.
After that, I updated the home page and translated it. Kindly check if it works correctly. (hidden link)
Ok great. I was pretty sure to set "Same Fields across Languages" over all.
WHat you mean with "I updated the home page and translated it"... does it require to enter in each page and upload again or what? I tried to read the guide yesterday but was not so easy for my skills
To update the translation, you need to enter each page and click on the update button without making any changes, as you use the Translate Everything mode.
Ok I rememvber It tries but a warning message appear that translation process was taking other XX hours to be completed. What does it mean? Aren't translations done? Please see attachment

2) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
Therefore, I've split the other issue and created a new ticket with this issue. (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-custom-cpt-strings/)
