Hello, We are experiencing an issue with the Advanced Translation Editor on one specific CPT ("teams") only. For all other post types, ATE works correctly. When clicking “Edit in Advanced Translation Editor” on a teams post, we are redirected to a completely blank page. In the logs, we consistently see the following error: ATE Server Communication Unauthorized "status":401 So it seems to be an authentication issue between our site and the ATE server. What we have already tried We cleared the cache of all caching plugins. We also ran the following actions in: Despite these actions, the issue persists only for this CPT. Additional information Other CPTs work fine with ATE |
