Background of the issue:
I am trying to perform an automatic translation job using WPML. The jobs are created, but the translations are not being completed. I have tried clearing the Nitro cache and the WPML cache on the troubleshooting page, but nothing has helped. The issue can be seen at the following link: hidden link

The automatic translation process is stalled. It indicates that 2529 automatic translations are in progress, but after two hours, there has been no change.
Questions:
Why are the automatic translations not progressing?
What can I do to resolve the stalled translation jobs?
Thanks for contacting us. It could be caused by insufficient credits. Could you navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools and see if it's showing any credits or errors?
I am using automatic translation, which will be charged to my credit card. The credits have been used and will be charged on Jul 1, 2025. Issue, is translation job is created for automatic translations and credits have been used, but the progress indicator says: in progress, but no translation done.
I have also tried to translate a page again, but it says you don't have enough credits.
Why, I am being asked for credits, when I am using automatic translation, with pay-as-you-go model.
Thanks for your reply. There is a safety limit that you need to pay first before you can continue using the Advanced Translation Editor. Could you click on the "Buy credits" button, as it should ask you to make a payment.
Upon reviewing your account, I noticed that the domain hidden link is not properly synchronized on our end, which may be contributing to the issue you're experiencing.
-Re-register the domain to generate a new site key.
-In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab at hidden link, and click “Unregister WPML from this site.”
-Then, register the site again using the newly generated site key.
Once done, please check if Automatic Translation is working as expected.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked your account and noticed that you’ve run out of credits and the Pay-as-you-go option is currently disabled. Could you please either top up your credits or enable Pay-as-you-go on your website to continue using the translation service?
Okay, I'll setup pay-as-you-go, but can you inspect for the translations, I am already billed, those were never translated. And, during the fix, I have to cancel the jobs and start new one, those are also in progress as you can see in the dashboard, and these were also charged. My major concern is, my translations credits have been used and billed, but there is no translation done yet. Not the big one where I used two languages for the whole site (1k+jobs), and not even these two pages (4 jobs), which are on hold in the dashboard.
I'm able to trace the issue on our server side. You're using this sitekey 0fc769dc31 on your Website hidden link but it belongs to hidden link.
Could you please go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and remove the domain hidden link from your registered sites. Re-register the domain hidden link to generate a new site key. Then, share the sitekey with me here in your next reply.
