Background of the issue:
I am trying to get the automatic translations started. I tested this by translating some pages to English. This worked, but they got stuck on waiting to be verified. I changed the setting so the translations don't have to be reviewed anymore. With these settings, I started to translate the rest, but the queue keeps loading indefinitely.

Symptoms:
The queue shows that there are 60 items and 5 waiting to be reviewed. When I check the reviews, I get two error messages: 'Tasks couldn’t be loaded' and 'The synchronization of the Advanced Editor-tasks has failed'. In 'Tools', it says: 'There is a problem with the automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our customer service.'

Questions:
Why are the automatic translations stuck in the queue?
How can I resolve the error messages 'Tasks couldn’t be loaded' and 'The synchronization of the Advanced Editor-tasks has failed'?
What should I do about the message in 'Tools' regarding the problem with automatic translation?
How can this issue be fixed?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. Please check if you're experiencing the issue described in detail here: https://wpml.org/faq/wpml-plugin-cannot-connect-to-wpml-org/

If everything appears to be functioning correctly and the problem persists, I'll need to investigate your website more closely. For this, I'll require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the issue can be reproduced, if possible. This will enable me to offer more effective assistance and determine if any configurations need adjustment.

Please ensure you have a backup in place for security reasons and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) for your backup needs.

Your response will be kept confidential and will only be visible to you and me.

To resolve the issue, I may need your permission to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, and to make configuration adjustments on the site if necessary. It's crucial to have a backup in place before proceeding.

Looking forward to your reply.
