Background of the issue:
We are using Pay as you Go subscription for WPML. I translated the taxonomy fields and set Translate Everything Automatically. The process began very quickly and it started putting translations in the queue and preparing more content for translation. We have a new launch in Azerbaijan on 25th April and need to finish the translation of our website by 20th of April.
Symptoms:
The translation seems to be hanged. Nothing seem to be moving. Yesterday, I left the files at 1,382 with 194,934 credits and €99.97 spent(card to be charged on May 01, 2025), still the files are the same, no further credit used. The link for AZ translation is also not working hidden link We are so shocked at this, why files are not being translated.

Why are the files not being translated despite having credits?
Why is the AZ translation link not working?
We have a launch in Azerbaijan on 25th April and need to finish the translation of our website by 20th of this month. We need urgent help to fix translation of all our files within today, please.

I checked your account and I saw you hit the 195000 credit safety limits, that's why the translation stopped. I can also see the safety limit was paid on April 17.
If the translations didn't resume, please try going to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and click on "delete ongoing automatic translation jobs", and if the translations still don't resume, please send them manually to translation.
The ticket was generated to assist in emergency but you replied very late, almost two days late. We managed to solve the matter.
