Cannot add a translation manager when Yoast plugin is activated

Chainalysis	Hey Kor! I'm reaching out because I found a problem with the "Add Translation Manager" functionality in WPML version 4.6.7. When I try to add a new translation manager, the form fails to generate a list of users, and the problem occurs in more than one browser.
