This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using LearnDash LMS - Certificate Builder to create certificates and encountered an issue where the course completion date is incorrectly displayed when the 'WPML Multilingual CMS' plugin is activated. Instead of showing the month in English (e.g., 'February'), it displays a question mark or changes the month to a number.

Solution:
We recommended checking the following resources for translating dates and related strings:

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I made a certificate using LearnDash LMS - Certificate Builder.
A block of the certificate builder was created and set to the completion date of the course (Y, F j).
However, there was an error in displaying the course completion date data.
Leardash wants the month marked in English,
When WPML is activated, the space is displayed as a question mark as the month is changed to a number rather than English.

Disabling the 'WPML Multilingual CMS' plug-in makes it look good as 'February'.
When I activate the plug-in, it seems to change to a number and cause a display error.

I want to prevent the error of automatically displaying the date in numbers.
I have attached an image for each description.

Please check.
Thank you.
