This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is using LearnDash LMS - Certificate Builder to create certificates and encountered an issue where the course completion date is incorrectly displayed when the 'WPML Multilingual CMS' plugin is activated. Instead of showing the month in English (e.g., 'February'), it displays a question mark or changes the month to a number.
Solution:
We recommended checking the following resources for translating dates and related strings:
- https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translate-date-in-blog/ (Refer to the big yellow box on top for a quick solution)
- https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-your-sites-date-format-using-wpml/
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the solutions provided in the links above. However, keep in mind that the solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the problem persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket. Contact WPML support.
