Background of the issue:
I am updating the Option acf page for the default language on my WordPress site using the WPML plugin.
Symptoms:
I encounter a fatal error specifically when updating the Option acf page for the English language, which is the default. The error message is: 'Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, bool given in /var/www/site_files/wp-content/plugins/acfml/classes/Helper/HashCalculator.php:65'. This issue does not occur for the other two languages on the site.
Questions:
How can I resolve the fatal error occurring only for the default language when updating the Option acf page?
Why does this error not appear for the other languages?
Thank you for your patience, our queue has been quite high lately. To answer your questions, I need to investigate it further. I located a similar issue and would like to test it on a staging version of your website, if you have one. This is the similar issue I mentioned:
If you don't have a staging version, I can make a copy of your website locally. To share access, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
