This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to translate any product or page using the WPML plugin, which is causing errors on their website.
Solution:
We recommend trying the following steps:
1. Check if the WPML Translation Editor works in alternate browsers.
2. Press
Ctrl + Shift + R
(or
Cmd + Shift + R
for Mac users) to reload the page while using the WPML Translation Editor.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at WPML Known Issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.
