Hello, It looks like you have issues with the Coloron Lens Type Block, which seems to filter products using the parameter lens-type=strong. Are your lens types translated? Please revise WPML > Taxonomy Translations, make sure that this term is translated. After that, update the translation of the affected page. If this does not solve the issue, please let me know. Best regards |

Hello, Have you revised WPML > Taxonomy Translations and made sure that all term are translated? I'd like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further. You'll find the necessary fields below the comment section if you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide will be private, meaning only you and I will be able to see and access it. IMPORTANT If you don't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your login credentials for the post and website will be set to "PUBLIC." Do NOT publish the information unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields. The private reply form looks like this: When replying again, click "I still need assistance". Video: Please note that we are required to request this information individually on each ticket. We are not permitted to access any login information that was not specifically provided in the private reply form for this ticket. Best regards |

I get a 500 error when I try to open the German "How it works" page in the WordPress editor. This error disappears as soon as I clear the page's cache. I'm currently unclear why the translation of this Gutenberg block isn't appearing in the backend or frontend, but if I edit the block directly on the translated page, the problem seems to resolve itself. I'd be happy to provide a WPML test site where you could install the theme and the Coloron Blocks plugin for testing. Would that be possible? Please note that this is a custom theme and custom plugin with custom Gutenberg blocks. The developer of this theme and plugin is responsible for its functionality. |

I edited the Coloron Lens Type block in the original content, saved the original page, and updated the translation. However, the translations are not displayed in either the frontend or the backend. A similar problem occurs with the Coloron Hero block. It seems to be a compatibility issue between Coloron Blocks and WPML. I'd be happy to provide a WPML test site where you could install the theme and the Coloron Blocks plugin for testing. Would that be possible? Please let me know, and I'll send you a login link for a WPML test site. |

Thank you very much for your cooperation! Please install the latest version of the "Coloron Blocks" plugin on the following test site: One-Click-Login: Let me know once you are done with this task, and I will begin testing as soon I am back in the office. I need to ask you for some patience on this matter, as I am not working on Sundays and Mondays. Workaround: |

It seems like the translation breaks as soon as I put a core button block in the InnerBlocks |

So far, I can not confirm this issue on the sandbox, after importing your example page and translating it: I will spend some more time testing and need to take another look at your site. |

I wanted to let you know that I am still investigating, but as far as I can tell this issue is caused by custom code inside the custom theme. Why: The issue does not occur when testing on a new sandbox only with WPML and Coloron Blocks, but it occurs if testing on a copy of your website while running only WPML, the Coloron Theme, and Coloron Blocks. Debugging custom code is out of scope for support and not covered by our support policy, but I will take another look into this and try to point you in the right direction. |
