This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
After changing a link name on a page, the WPML translation management is prompting to update the translation for each language.
Solution:
This behavior is expected as changes to a page require updates to its translations. However, if you wish to avoid triggering an update, you can use the 'minor edit' option. If you're having trouble finding this option, we recommend following the workaround provided in this documentation.

Hello, that is expected and it required you to update/re-translate translated pages also. Other then that you can use the minor editor checkbox and select it if you do not wish to trigger an update action.
