Background of the issue:
Unfortunately, the ticket with the title has not yet been solved for us. We apologise, unfortunately we had a case of illness in the company, which is why we were unable to respond within your specified time. Please resume the ticket. I attempted to remove the cache of the hosting and delete the Media Translation plugin and upload it again.

Symptoms:
Image translations do not work. Despite clearing the cache and reinstalling the Media Translation plugin, the problem persists.

Questions:
Why are image translations not working?
What steps can I take to resolve the image translation issue?

Hi,

Thank you for the login information. As my colleague mentioned int he previous ticket that it was working on her installation, I wonder if I have permission to copy your website to our server?

That way you will also have access there and we can check if the issue is happening there or not.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you, I copied the website to our server.

Please check this video explaining how it works properly there:

I'd appreciate it if you could log in with the same credentials here:

And try to replicate the problem you are experiencing on your server.

If you can not replicate the issue on our server, this shows it is a problem on your server, most probably a heavy cache or some sort of internal thing that you need to contact the hosting service provider support to check.

You are welcome to show the copied website URL to the hosting service provider to prove that the same codebase works on another server.

Thanks.

I'm surprised that the issue doesn't show on your server. I don't think it's a caching issue, since the image translation always exactly breaks the moment we translate something on the page. The image, that was perfectly fine for weeks, suddenly reverts back to not being translated.

Doesn't sound like a caching problem to me.

However, since I can understand there is nothing more for you to do, as the problem doesn't show on your server, our solution will be to not use WPML anymore and stick to a non-translated English documentation.

Thank you for your time.
