I have four H2 headings that are numbers. When I change the language from English to German, the numbers all change to "Gib hier deine überschrift ein" which means "enter your headline here". I checked the configuration in Elementor and it looks good (screenshot attached). I would like the numbers to appear in all languages.

First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

BTW: on the WPML resolution form, I am not able to select an answer to the question "How your issue was resolved?". The radio buttons are not selectable. My answer would be "The support team helped me find a fix to the problem" (it SHOULD BE the support team FIXED the problem!)
