[Closed] price filter doesn't work correctly on all currencies

Hi,

We enter the product prices in euros on the site. We display the prices in TL in other languages. These parts are working fine.

However, in the product filtering section, on the page where the products are displayed in TL, the price filtering takes euro values and does not work correctly.

There are many threads on the forum about the same problem, but the solutions offered as solutions do not work in the current version of wpml.

How can we make the product filter filter by using TL values in TR language option? Does this bug still persist?

thanks for contacting us.

1) Please update and make sure you are using the latest versions of WPML plugins and WooCommerce.

2) Please check if the issue still happens when using the WP Default theme and only WPML plugins and WooCommerce enabled, all other plugins disabled.

This will help speed up the process and debugging.

Please make a backup before proceeding.

Hi, we updated the all plugins latest versiyon and tried all versions but price filter doesn't work still ? It doesn't get values for languages currencies ? You can try on the web site link

thanks for checking.

Please check if the issue still happens when using the WP Default theme and only WPML plugins and WooCommerce enabled, all other plugins disabled while using WooCommerce default price filter.

Please make a backup before proceeding.

Hello,

Yes, we tried it this way too and it still takes the prices based on the entered euro values. Doesn't it filter through the displayed TL values? Many different people have experienced the same problem, the solutions written in the forum titles are not valid yet?

thanks for checking.

Are you setting price in TL manually or?

Can you please try to add legacy price filter and it should work fine like that, so

- Install the "Classic Widgets" plugin
- Add the legacy Price Filter widget to the sidebar or footer
- Disable the "Classic Widgets" plugin
