Hello WPML Support Team,

We are facing an issue with product translations on our website.

Recently, we updated the Additional Tabs content for multiple products in the default language (English). The content has been updated correctly in English; however, the same updates are not reflecting in other languages.

At the moment:

The updated content appears only in English

Other languages are still showing old content

In the Translation Dashboard, the items are still visible in the translation queue

We would like to understand:

What is the correct workflow to translate updated product content (especially Additional Tabs)?

How can we push or sync the updated product content to other languages properly?

Is there a way to clear or refresh the translation queue so the latest updates can be translated?

Important Note (Mega Menu)

We are using a custom Mega Menu built with Elementor.

The mega menu has been manually created and customized separately for each language

We do NOT want the Mega Menu to sync automatically across languages

Only products and pages should be synced/translated properly

The Mega Menu must remain language-specific and manual

Please confirm:

Whether our current setup is correct for this requirement

If there are any WPML settings we should adjust to prevent the Mega Menu from syncing while keeping product/page translations working correctly

Thanks for your patience. I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
