[Resolved] Request to Transfer Content to Live Website

Problem: The client needed assistance transferring credits from a development site to a live site and was concerned about the transfer of translated products and the consumption of credits. Solution: Regarding the translated products, we reassured the client that the translations are stored in the translation memory, which prevents the deduction of additional credits for retranslating the same products. We asked the client to trigger the translations for previously translated products to verify that no credits are being charged.

Since the development website has been moved to the live environment, we no longer have access to the old editing environment to transfer the remaining items ourselves.
Could you please let us know if you are able to:
Transfer the remaining points for us, or
Move everything directly to the new live website parasoldoek.nl?

Thanks for your reply. Just to confirm, would you like me to transfer the credits from hidden link to hidden link ? This appears to be the only live site, and I can see that it’s currently activated on your account.

No, the intention is to transfer the credits to parasoldoek.nl.
The URL ontwikkel.parasoldoek.nl was only our development environment, and the webshop is now live on parasoldoek.nl.
At the moment, we are unable to translate anything in the webshop. We would appreciate your assistance in checking why the translation functionality is not available and helping us set this up on the live site.
Additionally, when I try to start the migration process, I’m unable to proceed. I follow the required steps, but I eventually end up on a page that does not exist.
Please see the attached screenshots for reference.
Could you please let us know how to proceed from here or assist us with completing the migration and setup?

Thanks for your reply. You’ll need to complete the migration before you can use the translation features. Please follow the steps below (in English):
1.When prompted by WPML, select “No, I changed the address of the site to this new one.”
2.On the next prompt, select “No, you will need to assign credits or set up a pay-as-you-go plan for this site to use automatic translation.”
Once you’ve completed these steps, please let me know and I’ll recheck everything on my end.
If you’re still unsure how to proceed, feel free to share your website’s WP admin access using the private reply option I’ve enabled. If you do share credentials, please make sure you have a backup prepared beforehand.

I do have one important question. On ontwikkel.parasoldoek.nl, I had already fully translated the entire webshop into German. During the migration to the live website, these translations unfortunately did not come along, and the German version is now missing.
Is there a way for me to retrieve or access those previously created translations? For example via WPML’s translation memory, backups, or any other place within your system? I had the full German webshop ready, so it would be a shame if all that work is lost.
I would really appreciate it if you could let me know whether these translations can still be found or restored in any way.

. Unfortunately, the 2,000 free credits cannot be transferred, as free credits are not movable.
Regarding the translated products, I can confirm that the translations are saved in the translation memory. This means that retranslating the same product will not consume any additional credits.
For example, you can check this product here: hidden link
When translating it into German, no credits are deducted, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try triggering the translations for the products you previously translated and let me know whether any credits are being charged?
