This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues where the names of custom post fields are translated, but their values remain in the original language when pages are translated. Additionally, the language menu is not displayed on the Spanish version of the courses, and a development site banner appears in the footer.
Solution:
If you're facing similar issues with field values not translating, we recommend following these steps:
1. Ensure that

acf-field-group

is set to Not Translatable in WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translations;
2. Access the field group settings in ACF and change the translation mode to expert;
3. Reconfigure the fields to be translatable;
4. Make a minor edit to the page containing the fields, such as adding a blank space in a field value, and save;
5. Retranslate the page.

Hi Lucas,

Thank you for your support.

Exactly, the course layout is also built with custom post fields. when we send to translate these pages, the name of the fields are translated but the values of the fields remain with the original language.

For instance, this is a coaching course which original language is catalan:

hidden link

the translated page in spanish looks like this:

hidden link

As you can see, the fields like 'Fecha de inicio', 'Fecha fin', 'Modalidad', 'Horario', etc. are translated properly. However, their values remain in catalan.

Moreover, in te spanis version of the courses the menu languages is not shown.

Finally, in the footer of all pages is shown the banner with this text 'This site is registered on wpml.org as a development site..' I think it is because I have to profiles with this domain but I don't know which one I have to remove and how to do it.

Thank you,

Joan

Hey there,

About the ACF field values. Please make sure to have a full website backup and follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that acf-field-group is set to Not Translatable in WPML > Settings > Custom Field Translations;
2. Access the field group settings in ACF and change the translation mode to expert;
3. Reconfigure the fields and make sure that they are set to translatable;
4. Make a small change to the page that contain the fields and save. You can add a blank space in a field value, for example;
5. Retranslate the page;

Let me know if with these settings, the field values show as expected. Here are more details on the Expert Translation Mode for ACF:
