This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have added product category names to the WPML Glossary to prevent them from being translated, but they are still being translated in other languages.
Solution:
We recommend you check the WPML > Settings on your site and ensure that the option 'Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor' is deselected. This setting, when deselected, allows already translated taxonomies to appear in the editor for translation and be adjusted with a glossary entry. After adjusting this setting, perform a small update to the default language or a bulk update, and then send it for automatic translation. This should align the taxonomy with the glossary entry.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
