Hi Itamar,

Sorry to bother you again, but I just found another issue related to our website forms.

When a customer submits a form on our translated website, we receive the notification email correctly, it shows the customer’s message and phone number, but the email address that the customer filled in does not appear in the email we receive.

Could you please help us check and fix this issue?

Hi,

Since it is a separate issue, I've split it into a new ticket.

I checked the French translation of the form here:

And I could see that the <[customer-email]> shortcode is missing. Please see the attached screenshot. So I added it and clicked the Save button. Now you should see the email address when you receive an email notification from Translated Forms. I did the same in all the translations of the 'eonyx Contact Form_equivalent width' form.

Can you please confirm the problem is solved now?

Could you please do the same thing to our another contact form name:"eonyx Contact Form" because our website also use this form in some posts, thank you.
