This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to register WPML on their WordPress site even after renewing and entering the key, due to a domain mismatch error.
Solution:
We advised the client to first remove the existing WPML key from their WPML account at https://wpml.org/account/sites. Then, create a new WPML key for the correct URL, which includes 'www', in this case,

https://www.seaandculture.it/

. After generating the new key, they should navigate to their site's backend, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, and attempt to register WPML with the new key.

If this solution does not apply due to it being outdated or not matching your case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still encounter issues, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Hi there.

In the screenshots you attached, it shows that WPML is NOT registered on the site.

Also, there is an error saying that the WPML key that you are trying to use does not match the domain.

That is because, when I try to visit your site, I get this URL: hidden link

But the WPML key that you created is for this URL: hidden link (see the missing "www."

So you need to remove that key from here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) and then generate a new WPML key for this exact URL:
hidden link

Then, when you try to register the new WPML key from your site's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > it should work.

Please let me know how things go.
