2. The "Edify" logo in the footer links to the English version of the site no matter what language is selected. Expected behavior would be to the link to the active translation site similar to how the main nav logo functions.

Have you checked whether the logo link or logo ID appears in WPML → String Translation?

Please follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML → String Translation.
2. Click on "Not seeing strings that you are looking for?" and then on Admin Texts Translation.
3. Search for the logo link or logo ID.
4. Add it to the String Translation table.
5. Upload your alternate logo to the media library and insert its URL or ID into the translated field.
