Background of the issue:
I am trying to scan strings in themes, plugins, and WordPress using WPML. I selected all themes and plugins for scanning.

Symptoms:
The scan starts but nothing happens. I waited 20 minutes and restarted the scan. When scanning everything, just a circle spins and that's it. Everything is working correctly on other sites.

Questions:
Why does the string scan not progress beyond the spinning circle?
Why does the issue occur only on this site and not others?

I had two other supporters in different regions test and they are able to run the scans for strings without any issues. Since the error in the browser is showing on the server side, please ask your hosting provider to check the server error logs. Perhaps there is something blocking it based on your location? Let me know what the server error logs say and hopefully that can help point in the right direction.
