Could you please elaborate a little more on this issue, so we can better understand? E.g. The link of the page, steps you've tried, etc.

I need to switch the currency of the user based on what country they select on the Checkout page. I have written the code for that but Don't know the right hook to use. Can you help with that?
By default, WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML) supports switching currency based on the client's location. It is set up in admin area > WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multicurrency.
On the checkout page, if the customer changes the billing address, the currency is changed also.
If you select to change the currency based on site language, I'm afraid that there isn't an option to change the currency when changing the billing address.
If you want to use a custom code, you can take a look at the filter https://wpml.org/wcml-hook/wcml_client_currency/
But I would like to inform you that helping you with custom code, is out of the scope of WPML.
